The Villa Trou Rolland is a new villa located in the quiet, pristine bay of Trou Rolland – right next to Marigot Bay. The villa stands elegantly up on the hillside with a magnificent view overlooking the bay and out over the ocean’s horizon. The beach is only a 10-15 minutes' walk down the hill. A private infinity pool, large patios, and bay windows provide for breathtaking viewing points from all over the house.
The main living area enjoys breathtaking Caribbean vistas through tall walls of windows that can be opened to allow the sea breeze easy access. A contemporary, state-of-the-art kitchen & BBQ with an ocean view will satisfy even your most ambitious home chef. The Villa has cable TV in the media room, WiFi on all floors, and even an iPhone/iPod music jack in every bedroom. But who are we kidding – we all know most of your time will be spent relaxing in the infinity pool or kicking back on a patio chair taking it all in.
The villa features 6 bedrooms, and a media room. Four of the bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms designed and built by Italian craftsmen, ceiling fans for when all you need is a little breeze, and climate control if you really need that extra coolness. The sixth bedroom shares an en suite bath.
There are 4 levels of patio decks, connected by an outdoor spiral staircase & elegant central-helical staircase built in Maine adjoins the internal floors. The surrounding property has been landscaped with rainforest gardens, including a waterfall, the villa is private and there is ample parking in the entrance courtyard.
STAFF: Housekeeper - 1 to 3 days weekly depending on occupancy.

The Villa Trou Rolland is a new villa located in the quiet, pristine bay of Trou Rolland – right next to Marigot Bay. It's just a short distance from Marigot Bay, the yacht haven of St. Lucia. Marigot Bay is a quaint little village with many great restaurants, shopping centre: banks, shops, laundromat, French bakery, minimart and a boardwalk marina. Marigot Bay is approximately 30 minutes drive Castries city & an hours drive from Rodney Bay & Cap Estate.

What a Christmas gift being able to stay in your gorgeous and well-appointed Villa with the breath taking views! Everyone had their own space inside out (how delightful on a family vacation). The utter beauty of nature right out every window was so traniquile the lushness was surely a setting for peace. Trou Rolland Cave was stunning a hidden jem. Climbing Gros Piton was difficult. A day at Body Holiday with massages steel. The Friday night Beach Bar Be Que was fabulous. Drum Band Fire dancers eaters water sports was an added excitement we all reveled in. Snorkeling and diving at Anse Chastanet was spectacular as well as the boat ride over with Kieran. Marigot Bay, JJ’s and Hurricane Hole were both delicious restaurants. Albert and his grandson Ethan were so nice, courtesy and punctual cab drivers that we used often. Must say hanging by the pool with out anyone but our family seated the deal for the most loving together vacation ever! Thank you.
